Master Colorist
Jackie is a master hair colorist who also holds a certification in Balayage from the L’Oreal Soho Academy in New York City. Jackie and Erin are the only Balayage certified stylists in the Cleveland area. Jackie travels to New York City throughout the year to expand upon her knowledge of Balayage through the various programs the New York Soho Academy offers.
Jackie has been styling hair since high school. “I just love helping people feel good about themselves.” She strives to give her clients an experience they will never forget.
The art of Balayage is a technique that takes stylists years to practice to be an expert. Tibjash has dedicated her career to mastering this technique among other hair color trends. Voted Best Hair Color by Cleveland Magazine, Erin Andrews and Jackie hope to continue to bring Balayage to the forefront of the Cleveland hair scene.
